Purpose
Use Form FS20 to change details of an Australian financial services licence, including:
- name, contact details, and address of licensee
- ABN
- dispute resolution details
- compensation details
- continuing professional development (CPD) year start date.
Do not use this form to change details of the responsible manager or notify ASIC of a change in control.

Fees
Applicable fees
No fee for any changes except CPD year start date.
Change CPD year start date - {CPD}
Late fees
- {Late01} for up to one month late.
- {Late02} for over one month late.
Lodging period
- 10 business days for any change except controlling entity or CPD year.
- 30 business days for controlling entity changes.
- 30 business days from the day the licence is granted or the day the CPD year is to begin if it is changed.
